The Thrive Afterschool program is designed to make learning feel like an adventure, giving Flint’s kids the chance to explore new interests while strengthening the skills they need for classroom success. It is more than just a place to go after school, it is a safe, nurturing environment where every kid can grow and thrive.
Our full and part-time staff provide high-quality programming Monday through Thursday at 13 public and charter school sites, at no cost to families. In addition to our site staff, more than 35 licensed community partners provide unique programming opportunities such as sports through Crim Fitness, drama and music through the Flint School of Performing Arts, and the math and physics of athletics through STEMletics.
